☕ Birdhouse Riverside Coffee & Lounge — Return & Refund Policy

At Birdhouse Riverside Coffee & Lounge, we take pride in the quality of our products, our service, and the experience we offer every guest.
Our goal is to ensure every customer leaves satisfied. However, because we serve perishable items and made-to-order products, we have specific policies regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

 

🧾 1. Food & Beverage Purchases

All food and beverage sales are final once prepared and served.
If there is an issue with your order (wrong item, quality concern, or preparation error), please let our team know immediately at the time of service.

We will gladly:

  • Remake your order at no additional cost, or

  • Offer an in-store credit (Bird Bucks) of equal value to your purchase.

Refunds to original payment methods are made only at the discretion of management.

 

🎁 2. Merchandise, Retail Items, and Bird Bucks

Merchandise (e.g., apparel, mugs, branded items):

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase with a receipt.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Exchanges or store credit will be provided; refunds to the original payment method only in limited cases.

Bird Bucks / Gift Cards:

  • All Bird Bucks and gift card sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced but may be reissued if proof of purchase exists.

  • Bird Bucks have no cash value and can only be used for eligible Birdhouse products or services.

 

💺 3. Events, Reservations & Memberships

Event Tickets:

  • Tickets are transferable but non-refundable within 72 hours of the scheduled event.

  • If an event is canceled by Birdhouse Riverside, customers may choose a full refund or apply the balance toward a future event.

Memberships / Birdhouse Club:

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once billed.

  • Members may cancel at any time to prevent future billing.

  • Unused member credits or Bird Bucks may be carried forward at management’s discretion.

Refunds outside of these policies may be granted only with management approval.
